A very flexible admin system that

• allows you to set up an event to your own specification
• list and download entries,
• list and download account summary
• upload schedules for competitors to download
• upload event times
• set entries to close automatically on day specified
• set maximum number of entries allowed for each class
• entries can be set up to cater for Category1 BSJ show jumping and affiliated dressage

 

Email notification of entries are sent to the competitor and event organiser as soon as payment has been processed

 

Payments are made using Paypal using a Paypal account or credit/debit card.

• payment can be paid into club's paypal account directly

 

Entry forms can be customised with up to 10 custom fields

• Up to 65 classes can be included for each event
• a mandatory first aid class can be included where required.
• a donation class can be included where user can specify the amount they wish to donate
• up to 5 checkboxes can be attached to classes to collect info for particular classes (this can be useful for afficliated dressage)

 

There is no cost for setting up your club.

• Competitors pay a surcharge of 50p for each set of entries made
• Clubs are liable for the Paypal processing fees

 

We can manage yor events for a small fee.

• We can set up your event and provide lists of entries and a summary of account.
