Paypal transaction charges apply.

• Paypal takes 3.4% plus 20p of any payment made to you.
• They provide you with a secure payment service that people can trust with their financial details and make it possible for people to pay with a credit or debit card as well as a Paypal Account.
• Pony clubs that have charity status can claim a reduced rate

 

Clubentries.com makes a charge of 50p per transaction to competitors using the system.

• This is not per class but every time a payment is processed.
• Therefore a set of entries comprising of 3 different horse/rider combinations each entering 3 classes would still only incur a surcharge of 50p.

Entry fees (less paypal fees) are be paid directly into your Paypal account.

Event Management

If you feel that you cannot manage the admin side of things or have limited time available, we can do it for you.

For £5 for each event we will:

 

• Manage your administration
• Set up events and upload schedules and times if necessary.
• Email a list of entries after the closing date.
• Have entry fees paid into Basicwebservices Paypal account if you do not wish to have your own Paypal account with funds transferred to the cub's back account at the end of each month for completed event.
